Stuffed Ball Zucchinis

Delicious Mexican recipe, perfect for hot days or during Lent. Stuffed zucchinis are a very tasty preparation, especially when using ball zucchinis. In addition to its flavor, it is a very healthy dish.

  • 9 zucchinis, ball
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 leaf bay
  • 4 sausages
  • 1 garlic, finely chopped
  • oaxaca cheese, to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  • Steam the zucchinis and scoop out the heart with a spoon, being careful not to break the bottom.
  • Place a little oil in a pan and mix the zucchini heart with chopped sausage and garlic.
  • In the blender, put the tomato, garlic, and onion. Fry, season, and set aside.
  • Fill the zucchinis with the sausage and place them in a baking dish. Put cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, and it's ready!
