Swiss enchiladas in a skillet

Green enchiladas, red enchiladas, and mole enchiladas are always a great option for lunch; however, the green Swiss enchiladas recipe has become everyone's favorite as it is prepared with plenty of cheese. Get ready to make them in a skillet with T-Fal!

  • In a T-Fal skillet, roast the tomatoes, onion, garlic cloves, and serrano chili in a pot with water for 5 minutes or until the ingredients are nicely charred.
  • Blend the cooked vegetables in a Power XL blender with cilantro, salt, pepper, cumin, chicken broth, and sour cream until you obtain a green sauce. Set aside.
  • Fry the tortillas in a T-Fal skillet with enough oil until they are soft. Fill with the shredded chicken and roll to form the enchiladas.
  • Place the chicken enchiladas in a T-Fal skillet, cover with the green sauce, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cheese, cover, and let the Swiss enchiladas gratin.
  • Garnish the green Swiss enchiladas with avocado and cilantro leaves.
