Tuna croquette recipe

  • 4 potatoes, cooked and peeled
  • 2 canned tuna
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons parsley , finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 cups breadcrumbs
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup oil , for frying

  • Cook the potatoes in enough water for 30 minutes.
  • Mash the potatoes until you get a puree.
  • Add the tuna, onion, egg, cornstarch, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the croquettes, fill with cream cheese, and seal. Repeat the process until the potato and tuna mixture is finished.
  • Bread the croquettes with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the croquettes until crispy.
