  • vegetable oil
  • 2 cups onion, in thin strips
  • 1 cup chorizo
  • 2 cups cecina, in strips
  • corn tortillas
  • pork rinds, chopped
  • morita chili sauce

  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the onion for 5 minutes or until soft, remove and set aside.
  • Cook the chorizo in the same skillet for 5 minutes or until golden. Move the chorizo to one side and place the cecina in the same skillet. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden. Set aside.
  • Heat the tortillas on a comal and serve the chorizo and cecina tacos. Place the onions and chicharrón on top.Accompany the Villamelón tacos with morita chili salsa.
