  • 1 cup cream cheese, for the Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups milk , for the Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cups unsalted butter , for the Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder , for the Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, for the Alfredo sauce

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs, for the breading

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and combine with the previous mixture.

  • Coat the milanesas in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
