  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups requesón
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 4 cans button mushrooms
  • 1 box cannelloni
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cans button mushrooms
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups Gouda cheese
  • Gouda cheese, for gratin
  • parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

  • Combine the cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add the mushrooms and mix until combined.
  • Place the filling in a piping bag and fill the cannelloni. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet and cook the garlic and sliced mushrooms for 3 minutes or until lightly golden. Add the heavy cream and gouda cheese and cook for 2 more minutes. Set aside.
