This homemade pizza recipe with delicious Freshly by Eva® baby mushrooms will be the perfect dish to treat your guests. It's a tasty pizza with mushrooms, homemade pomodoro sauce, and fresh mozzarella cheese. You will love this mushroom pizza!
Attach the hook attachment to your mixer. Mix the oil, water, and salt. Once the salt is dissolved, add the flour and yeast, mixing until fully combined for 5 minutes.
In a bowl previously brushed with olive oil, place the dough and brush with olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 75 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. When they change color, add the spinach and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
On a board, cut the Freshly by Eva® baby mushrooms into not-so-thin slices. Set aside.
To stretch the dough: Sprinkle flour and roll out the pizza dough with the help of a rolling pin. Place on a pizza rack, add 2 tablespoons of homemade pomodoro sauce, 2 tablespoons of the spinach mixture, cover with mozzarella cheese, and top with Freshly by Eva® baby mushrooms. Sprinkle with basil.
Bake the mushroom pizza at 200 °C for 15 min.
Serve the homemade pizza on a board, cut into 8 slices, and enjoy.
