Mushroom Pizza with Cheese

This homemade pizza recipe with delicious Freshly by Eva® baby mushrooms will be the perfect dish to treat your guests. It's a tasty pizza with mushrooms, homemade pomodoro sauce, and fresh mozzarella cheese. You will love this mushroom pizza!

  • 200 milliliters water, warm
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 envelope dry yeast, 11 g
  • 400 grams flour

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups spinach, cooked and drained

  • 2 cups Baby Freshly by Eva® mushroom

  • Attach the hook attachment to your mixer. Mix the oil, water, and salt. Once the salt is dissolved, add the flour and yeast, mixing until fully combined for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl previously brushed with olive oil, place the dough and brush with olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 75 minutes.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. When they change color, add the spinach and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • On a board, cut the Freshly by Eva® baby mushrooms into not-so-thin slices. Set aside.
  • To stretch the dough: Sprinkle flour and roll out the pizza dough with the help of a rolling pin. Place on a pizza rack, add 2 tablespoons of homemade pomodoro sauce, 2 tablespoons of the spinach mixture, cover with mozzarella cheese, and top with Freshly by Eva® baby mushrooms. Sprinkle with basil.
  • Bake the mushroom pizza at 200 °C for 15 min.
  • Serve the homemade pizza on a board, cut into 8 slices, and enjoy.
