  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 half chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® mustard
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • parsley, finely chopped

  • In a bowl, mix McCormick® Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and brush with the McCormick® Mustard mixture.
  • Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add the garlic and onion, and cook for 2 minutes. Incorporate the flour and cook for 2 more minutes or until it takes on a golden color. Finally, add the chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes on both sides.
  • Mix McCormick® Mustard, chicken broth, white wine, and whipping cream in a bowl. Add to the chicken breasts, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Serve the mustard and cream chicken breasts in the same skillet and sprinkle with parsley.
