1 tablespoon REXAL® baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup tomato purée
1 teaspoon oregano
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepperoni
1 cup salami
chile, mashed, for accompaniment

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
In a bowl, mix the flour, Rexal® baking powder, salt, water, olive oil, and knead for 10 minutes or until you have a homogeneous dough. Set aside.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a circle, add tomato puree, oregano, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and salami.
Bake for 25 minutes, enjoy.
