No-Yeast Pizza

You no longer have to rest your dough; with this easy and practical pizza recipe, you won't waste time. With a soft and crispy dough made of pepperoni, salami, and mozzarella. Melt with all its flavor!

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon REXAL® baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup salami
  • chile, mashed, for accompaniment

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, Rexal® baking powder, salt, water, olive oil, and knead for 10 minutes or until you have a homogeneous dough. Set aside.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a circle, add tomato puree, oregano, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and salami.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, enjoy.
