Cut the tenderloin into strips half a centimeter thick and set aside until use.
Blend the Del Fuerte® Spiced Ground Tomatoes with garlic, the hydrated morita chili, and beef broth until fully integrated.
Sauté the onion in a deep skillet with hot vegetable oil until it takes on a shiny tone, then add the tenderloin strips and seal over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Pour in the sauce, lower the heat, and cook until the sauce begins to have a small bubble. This will be the time to add the nopales and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6 more minutes, add the cilantro, and remove from heat.
Serve the northern tips with nopales and accompany with red onion, black beans, and freshly made tortillas.
