This delicious dish of ravioli in creamy asparagus sauce will not only make you lick your fingers, but you will impress your friends as an excellent cook. Prepare it for dinner time.

In a small pot over low heat, sauté the onion in butter. Add the garlic and asparagus and cook for 3 minutes. Add the flour all at once and mix, letting it brown slightly.
Add the milk and bring to a boil. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat or until thickened, stirring constantly. Add the cheese and season. Let cool.
Blend the sauce for 5 minutes until smooth and homogeneous. Set aside.
In a pot of boiling water, cook the ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain.
Serve the ravioli with the sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
