Pear Pizza with Goat Cheese and Asparagus

Crispy dough pizza with a fresh basil tomato sauce, asparagus, caramelized pear, and goat cheese. You won't be able to resist the autumn flavor of this pizza.

  • 3 tablespoons water, warm
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Great Value® Sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Great Value® plain salt
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 1 Extra Special® tomato paste sauce and gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup Extra Special® mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cups Extra Special Goat Cheese®
  • 6 Extra Special® whole white asparagus in spring water and balsamic vinegar
  • 8 slices serrano ham, Iberian
  • pear, sliced for garnish
  • basil, for garnish

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • For the dough, mix flour with the yeast dissolved in water, Great Value® standard sugar, Great Value® salt, and Extra Special® extra virgin olive oil; knead until a dough forms. Refrigerate to rest.
  • Roll out the dough and place it on a pizza tray; cover with Extra Special® tomato pasta sauce and gorgonzola cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, crumbled Extra Special® Natural goat cheese, Whole Extra Special® white asparagus, slices of Iberian serrano ham, and sliced pear.
