1 Extra Special® tomato paste sauce and gorgonzola cheese
1 cup Extra Special® mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cups Extra Special Goat Cheese®
6 Extra Special® whole white asparagus in spring water and balsamic vinegar
8 slices serrano ham, Iberian
pear, sliced for garnish
basil, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
For the dough, mix flour with the yeast dissolved in water, Great Value® standard sugar, Great Value® salt, and Extra Special® extra virgin olive oil; knead until a dough forms. Refrigerate to rest.
Roll out the dough and place it on a pizza tray; cover with Extra Special® tomato pasta sauce and gorgonzola cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, crumbled Extra Special® Natural goat cheese, Whole Extra Special® white asparagus, slices of Iberian serrano ham, and sliced pear.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy and the cheese is completely melted; slice and enjoy.
