Pizza with Pepperoni

This recipe is very easy to prepare and delicious for sharing with family at dinner or for a movie night, and nothing is better than a homemade pizza for those evenings when you want to treat everyone.

  • 200 grams wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 grams pepperoni
  • 200 grams cheese, llanero
  • 100 grams American cheese
  • 400 milliliters water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cups tomato purée

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Whisk the egg, oil, salt, butter, baking powder, and water, then slowly add the flour little by little until you have a firm dough that you can shape with your hands. Let it rest for 30 minutes, adding oil on the outside to prevent it from drying out.
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin in a circular shape until it reaches a radius of 30 centimeters.
  • Add the tomato puree, yellow cheese, llanero cheese, and pepperonis. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
