  • 1 jar Doña María® Mole, 235 g
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 4 pork chops, of 200 g each
  • salt
  • cilantro leaves, for decoration
  • red onion, sliced, for decoration
  • white rice, to accompany

  • Heat the Mole Doña María® in a pot over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it dissolves. Gradually pour in the chicken broth, mixing until dissolved and free of lumps. Cook the mole over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring continuously. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the garlic, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the pork chops, season with salt, and cook for 10 minutes. Finally, coat with Mole Doña María® and cook on low heat for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve the pork chops with mole in the same skillet and garnish with cilantro leaves and red onion. Pair with white rice.
