  • 6 ancho chiles, for the marinade, soaked and deveined
  • 2 guajillo chiles, for the marinade, soaked and deveined
  • 2 morita chiles, for the marinade, soaked and deveined
  • 3 garlic, for the marinade
  • 4 allspice berries, for the marinade
  • 1 cup orange juice, for the marinade
  • salt, for the marinade
  • 2 kilos pork chump, clean
  • 1 package Charras® original flavor yellow tostadas
  • 2 cups refried beans
  • 2 cups lettuce, cut into strips
  • 1 cup sour cream, for serving
  • 1 cup queso fresco, crumbled, for serving

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • Blend the ancho chili, guajillo chili, morita chili, garlic, pepper, orange juice, and season with salt.
  • Pour over the pork and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Cover the meat with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the oven and let rest before cutting.
  • On a wooden board, cut very thin slices of meat.
  • For assembly, spread beans on each of the Tostadas Charras® yellow original flavor, add lettuce, the slices of meat, cream, cheese, and salsa. Enjoy.
