Soak the pasilla chili in 1 cup of hot water until soft.
In a pot with hot oil, fry the meat until it turns golden brown.
Blend the chiles with the peanuts and the water they were soaked in.
Pour the previous sauce into the pot with the meat, season with the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Bouillon cube, and let it cook until the meat is tender.
Add up to 1 more cup of water to prevent the sauce from drying out too much.
