Pork in Pasilla Chili

  • 1 cube Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 500 grams pork, pulp, cut into pieces
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 pasilla chiles
  • 3 tablespoons toasted peanuts, without salt and skin

  • Soak the pasilla chili in 1 cup of hot water until soft.
  • In a pot with hot oil, fry the meat until it turns golden brown.
  • Blend the chiles with the peanuts and the water they were soaked in.
  • Pour the previous sauce into the pot with the meat, season with the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Bouillon cube, and let it cook until the meat is tender.
  • Add up to 1 more cup of water to prevent the sauce from drying out too much.
