3 boxes Del Fuerte® Ground Tomatoes, 210 g
1/3 cups vinegar
4 guajillo chiles, deveined and soaked
3 ancho chiles, deveined and soaked
2 cloves garlic
1/4 onions, grilled
1 teaspoon cumin, whole, roasted
1 teaspoon oregano
1 kilo pork ribs
1 1/2 cups nopal, cut into strips
1 cup button mushrooms, cut into quarters
2 xoconostle, cut in half and pitted
1/4 cups onion, cut in strips
avocado leaves
maguey leaf
salt

For the sauce, blend the Tomates Molidos Del Fuerte®, vinegar, guajillo chili, ancho chili, garlic, onion, cumin, oregano, and season with salt.
Pour over the pork and let marinate for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the nopales, mushrooms, xoconostle, and onion, season with salt.
On a mixiote leaf, place an avocado leaf, add meat and the vegetable mixture. Close with a hemp string.
Place the mixiotes on the rack in a steamer and cook for 1 hour or until the meat is cooked. Serve immediately.
