5 manzano chiles
1 onion, medium
1/2 cups lime juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano, mashed
1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
Preparation

Roast the chiles directly over the flame until they are slightly charred all over.
Place them inside a plastic bag, seal it, and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Remove the skin, seeds, and cut them into strips.
Mix the roasted chiles with the rest of the ingredients and season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
