Rajas de Chile Manzano and Onion

Try this recipe to add a spicy touch to all the dishes it complements. Perfect for tasting a chile full of vitamins that you won't be able to stop eating!

  • 5 manzano chiles
  • 1 onion, medium
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • Roast the chiles directly over the flame until they are slightly charred all over.
  • Place them inside a plastic bag, seal it, and let them sit for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the skin, seeds, and cut them into strips.
  • Mix the roasted chiles with the rest of the ingredients and season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
