Spanish Rice with Green Vegetables

1 Knorr® Spanish rice
1 cup broccoli, washed, cut into small florets
1/2 cups asparagus, clean and sliced
1/2 cups peas, clean
1 cup spinach, disinfected, without stem, cut into thin strips
1 3/4 cups water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

In a rice cooker pot, mix and combine the water, oil, and the packet of Knorr® Spanish Rice. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Lower the heat and add the asparagus, broccoli, and peas. Cover and let cook for 10 minutes or until all the water has evaporated.
Add and incorporate the spinach, let it rest for 5 minutes, and serve.
