In a rice cooker pot, mix and combine the water, oil, and the packet of Knorr® Spanish Rice. Bring to a boil over high heat. Lower the heat and add the asparagus, broccoli, and peas. Cover and let cook for 10 minutes or until all the water has evaporated.
