Summer is the perfect time to prepare this spectacular vegetable paella. The best part is that it has a colorful combination of vegetables and flavors that balance perfectly with the taste of Herdez® 8 vegetables.
Heat a little olive oil in a paella pan over low heat, sauté the padrón peppers for 3 minutes or until slightly golden, remove and set aside. Repeat the same procedure with all the vegetables.
With the same olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic, add the precooked rice and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in the Herdez® 8 vegetables and add the saffron, cooking for 30 minutes. Finally, incorporate the white wine and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Add the vegetables you previously sautéed along with the artichoke hearts.
Serve the vegetable paella on a flat plate and accompany with a glass of white wine.
