Ingredients: olive oil; 6 padron peppers; 1 cup cauliflower; 1 bunch asparagus, in halves; 1 cup mushrooms; 1/2 onions, in medium cubes; 2 cloves garlic, in slices; 2 cups precooked rice; 2 1/2 cups Herdez® 8 vegetables; 2 grams saffron; 1/2 cups white wine; 1 cup artichoke heart

Heat a little olive oil in a paella pan over low heat, sauté the padrón peppers for 3 minutes or until slightly golden, remove and set aside. Repeat the same procedure with all the vegetables. With the same olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic, add the precooked rice and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in the Herdez® 8 vegetables and add the saffron, cooking for 30 minutes. Finally, incorporate the white wine and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
