This ricotta and bacon croquette recipe is a true delight in flavor, thanks to the texture provided by Bionda® ricotta and the touch of bacon; moreover, the breading will make them even more delicious.
Add the Bionda® Ricotta, flour, spinach, bacon, onion, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix well.
Start forming small balls with your hands; you can apply a little oil to avoid the croquette mixture sticking and make it easier to handle. Repeat this step until the mixture is finished.
Dip the ricotta croquettes in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Set aside.
Heat enough oil in a saucepan and fry the ricotta croquettes for 5 minutes or until the breading is slightly golden.
Place the ricotta and bacon croquettes on a plate and serve with salad.
