Add the Bionda® Ricotta, flour, spinach, bacon, onion, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix well. Start forming small balls with your hands; you can apply a little oil to avoid the croquette mixture sticking and make it easier to handle. Repeat this step until the mixture is finished.
