Baked Salmon with Mayonnaise

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons dill, dry
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 800 grams salmon fillet, cut into pieces of 200 grams each

  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese
  • fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the garlic, onion powder, dill, and salt until fully combined.
  • On a baking sheet, place the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  • Using a spoon, cover the salmon with the mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until it looks golden.
