1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons dill, dry
1 teaspoon salt
800 grams salmon fillet, cut into pieces of 200 grams each
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1/3 cups Parmesan cheese
fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Preheat the oven to 190°C.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the garlic, onion powder, dill, and salt until fully combined.
On a baking sheet, place the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
Using a spoon, cover the salmon with the mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, until it looks golden.
Serve hot and enjoy.
