BBQ Salmon

Exquisite and healthy recipe to celebrate something special or just to treat yourself. This delicious salmon with BBQ sauce is the perfect dish to conquer everyone's palate.

  • 1/2 kilos smoked salmon
  • 5 tablespoons Hunt´S ® honey bbq sauce
  • 1/8 tablespoons ground pepper
  • 1/8 tablespoons granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 peach, cut in half

  • Mix the Honey BBQ Sauce Hunt's ®, ground pepper, and powdered consommé until well combined.
  • Portion the salmon into two equal parts.
  • Marinate the salmon with the mixture.
  • In a hot skillet or grill, cook the salmon to your liking on both sides. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet or grill, brown the peach halves on each side.
  • Serve the salmon on a plate, placing the peach on top of the salmon. If you prefer, you can slice the peach into half-moons.
