On a clean surface, form a volcano with the flour, yeast, salt, oregano, basil, olive oil, water, and knead until you have a homogeneous and elastic dough.
Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with cling film. Let it ferment for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
In a skillet, add the butter, onion, garlic, shrimp, parsley, yellow lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough, measure the tray you will use, and cut the dough a little larger than its size (about 2 cm). Arrange the mozzarella cheese sticks, cream cheese, and bacon at the edges and cover them with the dough. Seal the edges by pressing lightly to close.
Pour the tomato sauce, shrimp, colorful bell peppers, and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.
