Pad Thai is one of the most popular dishes in Thai cuisine, stir-fried in a wok and made with rice noodles, egg, fish sauce, tamarind paste, and bean sprouts, you can't miss it!
Heat a large skillet over high heat, pour in enough vegetable oil, heat for a couple of minutes and add the red onion, bell peppers, and radish. Sauté the Pad Thai ingredients for 3 minutes, then add the shrimp and continue sautéing for 2 minutes.
Add the rice noodles, water, fish sauce, sugar and mix with the vegetables. Cook for 3 more minutes or until it reaches a soft texture.
Set the preparation aside and add the egg, fry it for 2 minutes, stir and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Finally, add the chopped green onion stems and bean sprouts, mix and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve the Pad Thai on a shallow plate, place the lime wedges, chopped peanuts, sugar, and chili powder. Then, add cilantro on top.
Stir all the Pad Thai ingredients together and enjoy; you can eat with chopsticks.
