1 red onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
4 serrano chiles, finely chopped
4 cups shrimp, medium, cleaned, and cooked
1 avocado, in cubes
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon hot sauce, tabasco type
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
4 tablespoons granola, with Kellogg’s® quinoa
1 lime, sliced, for garnish

In a bowl, mix all the vegetables along with the shrimp.
Add the orange juice, lime juice, tomato sauce, olive oil, hot sauce, and mix very well. Season.
Serve the cocktail in glasses and add a tablespoon of Kellogg’s® quinoa granola to each one and garnish with a lemon slice.
