Shrimp Cocktail with Granola

  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 4 serrano chiles, finely chopped
  • 4 cups shrimp, medium, cleaned, and cooked
  • 1 avocado, in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, tabasco type
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 4 tablespoons granola, with Kellogg’s® quinoa
  • 1 lime, sliced, for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix all the vegetables along with the shrimp.
  • Add the orange juice, lime juice, tomato sauce, olive oil, hot sauce, and mix very well. Season.
  • Serve the cocktail in glasses and add a tablespoon of Kellogg’s® quinoa granola to each one and garnish with a lemon slice.
