Shrimp Crust

  • 2 tablespoons guajillo chile, powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 2 cups shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese
  • flour tortillas
  • avocado
  • green salsa

  • Mix the guajillo chili, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Then, sprinkle the shrimp with this mixture and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 5 minutes or until they are cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Place some manchego cheese on a griddle over high heat, cook for 4 minutes or until the cheese forms a crust, then add the shrimp to the center and close. Cook until the cheese is well browned.
  • Serve the shrimp crust with flour tortillas, avocado, and green sauce. Don't forget to accompany it with Mundet® Apple-Peach flavor!
