This pizza is an excellent option to satisfy your appetite in a delicious way and very easy to prepare, as it does not require an oven. You can share it and everyone will be fascinated.
For the pizza dough, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl; gradually add the warm water and knead, incorporating everything until a firm, smooth, and uniform texture is obtained. Let it rest for about an hour until the dough has doubled in size, then punch down the dough to remove excess air.
Divide the dough according to the size of the skillet you are going to use; shape the dough by rolling it a bit: roll it out and then bring the edges to the center to form a belly button, then turn it over with the top side facing the table and press down with the back of your hand, turning clockwise.
Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and place it in the skillet, form the crust and add the sauce, cheese, and cold cuts, cover and cook on very low heat for 30 minutes or until it is ¾ cooked.
Crack the San Juan® Eggs into a small bowl one by one and then add them one by one over the cold cuts on the pizza, so they keep their shape.
Cover the skillet and cook until fully cooked, for about 15 more minutes.
Serve the pizza and garnish with chives.
