Spicy Beef

You will love this delicious recipe for spicy beef, as the meat will be super tender and have a delicious flavor thanks to the even cooking of the Chefman® Electric Skillet and the rich sauce in which the meat is marinated.

  • 1 kilo rose meat, cut into medium cubes

  • Place the meat in the Chefman® Electric Skillet and cover with enough water, then add the onion, whole garlic head, bay leaf, and cook for 1 hour.
  • When the meat is slightly cooked, add the necessary amount of salt and continue cooking until tender. Remove the meat and let it cool to chop.
  • On a cutting board, chop the meat and set aside.
  • For the sauce: Blend the guajillo chili with the morita chili, garlic, bay leaf, cumin, and water until everything is perfectly integrated. Strain and set aside.
  • Add the oil to the Chefman® Electric Skillet and cook the sauce for 10 minutes, then add the chopped spicy beef and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Serve the spicy beef on tortillas, forming tacos, and place them on a flat plate. Garnish the tacos with cilantro and onion. Accompany with lime and salsa.
