  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • With the help of your Braun® MultiQuick 777 processor, process the flour with the butter, salt, water, oregano, and egg until you achieve a sandy mixture.
  • Pour onto a surface and, using your hands, lightly knead to combine. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and line a 25 cm diameter tart pan, previously greased and floured. Prick the surface with a fork, place parchment paper, and beans to create weight. Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
  • For the filling, finely chop the bacon, onion, and garlic with the help of your Braun® MultiQuick 725 processor.
  • In a medium skillet, cook the bacon until browned, add the onion and garlic, and continue cooking until they are translucent. Add the spinach, tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper, and cook for a few minutes, being careful not to overcook the ingredients. Remove and let cool.
  • In a bowl, beat the milk with the cream, egg, flour, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the tomato filling over the tart base, cover with the egg mixture, and sprinkle with goat cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked.
  • Cool and decorate with fresh basil. Serve.
