1 cup turkey deli ham, cut into cubes, for the filling
1 cup spinach, cut into strips

In a food processor, crush Nestlé® Corn Flakes and place in a bowl. Add butter, flour, and mix until a cereal base is formed.
Place the cereal base in a tart pan, press to compact, and freeze for 20 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the egg, onion, cilantro, ricotta, ham, spinach, cilantro, and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the previous mixture into the cereal base, add Parmesan cheese, and bake at 170°C for 30 minutes. Cool and decorate with cherry tomatoes and cilantro.
Cut a slice and serve with grapefruit juice.
