1 cup Goya® tricolor quinoa
1 1/2 cups water

1 cup deli ham, cut into small cubes
1/2 cups corn kernels
1/4 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cups Mozzarella cheese
2 chayotes, cooked

In a pot with water, cook the Goya® tricolor quinoa with salt and covered for 20 minutes. Set aside.
Cut the chayotes in half and use a spoon to remove the filling, then cut it into small cubes and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the Goya® tricolor quinoa with the ham, corn, cream, mayonnaise, the chayote filling cut into small cubes, salt, and pepper.
Fill the chayotes with the Goya® tricolor quinoa mixture and cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake to gratin at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
Serve on a wide plate and decorate with finely chopped cilantro, accompany with your favorite drink.
