  • Cut the surimi into small cubes and place in a bowl.
  • Mix the surimi, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Add the tomato, onion, cucumber, serrano pepper, and cilantro. Mix and let it rest for 5 more minutes.
  • Place some avocado on a tostada, serve the ceviche, and add a bit of salsa macha.
