  • Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, and a little chicken broth. Strain the sauce and pour it over the golden noodles. Cook over medium-low heat until the liquid is absorbed and the pasta is cooked.
  • Fry the noodles in a pan with a bit of oil until golden, stirring constantly so they don’t burn.
  • Add chicharrón, Yemina® Pasta, cactus salad, cheese, and avocado on a tortilla. Finish with roasted sauce and cilantro leaves.
