Tinga

  • 1 can chipotle chile
  • 2 onions, medium
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1 cube dry chicken broth or bouillon
  • 250 grams butter

  • Slice the onion into strips and sauté it with butter until it becomes soft.
  • Once the onion is ready, shred the chicken, add it to the skillet, and cook for about 2 minutes.
  • In the blender, add the entire can of chipotle peppers, the chicken bouillon cube, a little water, and blend; then add to the skillet.
  • Cook for a few minutes, allowing it to boil, and it's ready.
