Give a twist to the classic recipe and prepare these delicious spring rolls filled with Herdez® tuna and vegetables, accompanied by soy sauce. The filo pastry is widely used in Eastern cuisine and is made from flour, egg, and salt.
3 envelopes Chilli stew and soy sauce with Herdez® tuna
1/2 cups soybean sprouts
500 grams phyllo dough
vegetable oil, for frying
parsley, for garnish
soy sauce, for accompaniment

In a skillet, pour the sesame oil and cook the chopped garlic, fresh ginger, carrot, cabbage, and the Stewed chilies and soy sauce with Herdez® tuna for 10 minutes, add the soybean sprouts and cook for 5 more minutes. Cool.
To form the rolls, cut medium squares of filo pastry and place a little of the tuna filling. Carefully roll to form the rolls.
Fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve, garnish with chopped parsley, and accompany with soy sauce.
