Ingredients: 2 tablespoons sesame oil; 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped; 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped; 1/2 cups carrot, in thin strips; 1/2 cups white cabbage, in thin strips; 3 envelopes Chilli stew and soy sauce with Herdez® tuna; 1/2 cups soybean sprouts; 500 grams phyllo dough; vegetable oil, for frying; parsley, for garnish; soy sauce, for accompaniment

In a skillet, pour the sesame oil and cook the chopped garlic, fresh ginger, carrot, cabbage, and the Stewed chilies and soy sauce with Herdez® tuna for 10 minutes, add the soybean sprouts and cook for 5 more minutes. Cool. To form the rolls, cut medium squares of filo pastry and place a little of the tuna filling. Carefully roll to form the rolls.
