Avocado and Chickpea Hummus is an adaptation of the typical sauce from Arab cuisine to the Mexican palate. It is a delicious hummus with avocado and roasted chili, perfect for use as a dip for any vegetable.

200 grams canned chickpea, drained
1 avocado, ripe
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried chile, toasted and ground

Blend the chickpeas, avocado, salt, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a blender. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water.
Pour it onto a plate, drizzle with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder.
