Avocado and Chickpea Hummus

  • 1 avocado, ripe
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried chile, toasted and ground

  • Blend the chickpeas, avocado, salt, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a blender. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water.
  • Pour it onto a plate, drizzle with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder.
