  • Grease and flour our pizza pan, and place our dough in it, spreading it well and pricking it a bit so it doesn’t puff up too much. To our 1/2 cup of tomato puree, we add 6 tablespoons of olive oil, mix well, spread it over our dough, then sprinkle some oregano on top; it gives a delicious flavor! Bake this for about 30 minutes until the crust is golden, you know.
  • In the meantime, while our crust is baking, slice the tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, disinfect our basil, finely chop our two cloves of garlic and place them in a small saucepan or baking dish, adding about 15 tablespoons of olive oil and letting it rest.
  • Once our crust is ready, place a slice of tomato along with a slice of mozzarella and a basil leaf! I like it with a lot of basil, but it’s a matter of personal taste. When everything is done, sprinkle a little ground pepper, salt, and our garlic and olive oil mixture! And if you like, a bit of balsamic vinegar, and it turns out uuummmmm delicious. I hope you enjoy it.
