Cauliflower Nuggets with Ranch Dressing

I present to you a simple recipe that my kids love; they are delicious vegetarian nuggets, as I substituted chicken for cauliflower. Besides the nuggets, I will share my secret ranch dressing recipe. You will see how it becomes a popular dish among your family.

  • In a food processor, grind the cauliflower along with the milk, egg, and 150 grams of flour. Season with salt and pepper, and form bite-sized balls.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry the nuggets until golden brown, placing them on paper towels to absorb excess grease. Set aside.
  • For the ranch dressing: mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, garlic powder, parsley, cream, salt, and pepper.
