Garlic Mushroom Tostadas
Gabriela Morales
A delicious breakfast with plenty of plant-based protein. Prepare the mushrooms the night before and store them in a container. If you're taking it to work, keep the lettuce, tostadas, and chili powder separate.

Slice the mushroom. Finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut the nopal into sticks. Cut the dried chili.
In a pan, add the oil; once hot, add the onion and garlic, making sure they don’t burn.
When the onion is transparent, add the chili, mushroom, nopal, and ham. Season and cook for 5 minutes.
Assemble on the tostadas, placing a bed of lettuce and on top of that, the preparation you cooked in the pan. Sprinkle a bit of chili powder.
