2 cups chickpeas, soaked 1 night before
1 can Hummus Libanius®, 650 g
1/2 cups fresh parsley
1/2 cups fresh cilantro
3 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons cumin
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon baking soda
salt and pepper
vegetable oil, for frying
Hummus Libanius®, for serving

In a processor, place the chickpeas, add Hummus Libanius®, fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, garlic, cumin, season with salt and pepper.
Place the preparation in a bowl and add the breadcrumbs, baking soda, mix until combined
Form balls the size of a meatball, set aside.
In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and add the meatballs, cook until golden brown.
Serve with Hummus Libanius®.
