Mini Mushroom Burritos

Craving some vegetarian tacos? Mini mushroom burritos are the option, they have all the northern flavor you love, only instead of meat, they are filled with tasty mushrooms.

  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 12 flour tortillas, taco holder
  • 1 1/2 cups button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1/4 cups red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 4 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine

  • Sauté the garlic and onion with 4 teaspoons of Primavera® No Salt Margarine. Add the mushrooms and season with a teaspoon of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth, granulated. Mix well and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Lightly warm the tortillas to make them manageable and prevent them from breaking. Place a portion of the mushroom filling in each tortilla.
  • Fold each tortilla to form a miniature burrito and press lightly to maintain the shape. Serve hot or cold.
