Sauté the garlic and onion with 4 teaspoons of Primavera® No Salt Margarine. Add the mushrooms and season with a teaspoon of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth, granulated. Mix well and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Lightly warm the tortillas to make them manageable and prevent them from breaking. Place a portion of the mushroom filling in each tortilla.
Fold each tortilla to form a miniature burrito and press lightly to maintain the shape. Serve hot or cold.
