Ingredients: 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon; 12 flour tortillas, taco holder; 1 1/2 cups button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced; 1/4 cups red onion, thinly sliced; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg; 4 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine

Sauté the garlic and onion with 4 teaspoons of Primavera® No Salt Margarine. Add the mushrooms and season with a teaspoon of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth, granulated. Mix well and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Lightly warm the tortillas to make them manageable and prevent them from breaking. Place a portion of the mushroom filling in each tortilla.
