8 wholemeal breads, Oroweat® Whole Grains
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
400 grams fresh Mozzarella cheese
2 tomatoes
basil, necessary amount

In a bowl, mix the oregano, thyme, garlic salt, pepper, and olive oil. Stir.
With the previous mixture, brush both sides of the bread.
Toast the bread in the oven at 180° C.
Slice the Mozzarella cheese and the tomato.
Place two slices of cheese on one piece of bread, then two slices of tomato on top of the cheese, and two basil leaves. Sprinkle a little pepper.
