  • 1 cup cucumber, without skin and seeds
  • 3/4 cups lime juice
  • serrano chile, clean
  • 1/4 cups cilantro
  • salt

  • 1 cup crimini mushroom, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, slices
  • 1/4 cups red onion, into thin strips

  • Blend the cucumber, lime juice, serrano chili, cilantro, salt, and pepper until all ingredients are well integrated. Set aside.
  • Arrange the champignons, mushrooms, onion, and cucumber on a plate. Then, drizzle with the sauce and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish the mushroom aguachile with red onion, cucumber slices, and cilantro leaves. Also, don't forget to serve with tostadas and avocado!
