1 onion, cut into feather shapes
4 zucchinis, cut into quarters lengthwise
1 bunch asparagus, without stem
1 broccoli, clean and in small pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 1/2 cups granola, with Kellogg’s® quinoa
4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

In a medium bowl, mix all the vegetables and add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
In a high heat pan, roast the vegetables, stirring constantly until cooked for 5 – 10 minutes
Remove from heat and mix with Kellogg’s® quinoa granola and pumpkin seeds. Serve.
